What is Floatation Therapy?
Floatation tanks, also known as sensory deprivation tanks, are a holistic wellness practice designed to relax both the body and the mind. You enter a private float capsule, a quiet tub created just for you. Once inside, you lie back into warm water and gently close the lid, leaving the outside world behind.
The water is infused with Magnesium Sulfate, commonly known as Epsom Salt. This mineral-rich salt allows your body to float effortlessly on the surface. Beyond buoyancy, it supports healthy skin, helps ease muscle tension, and encourages natural detoxification. Epsom Salt has long been used in wellness rituals for its soothing and restorative properties, making it an essential part of this experience.
The temperature of the water is carefully set to match the natural temperature of your skin. After a few quiet moments, it becomes difficult to feel where your body ends and the water begins. How to do Floatation Therapy

The Magnesium Sulfate supports a healthy sense of weightlessness as your muscles soften and your breath slows. Close your eyes and simply meditate in the quiet.
You will float effortlessly for 45 to 90 minutes (upon request). There is nothing to do, nowhere to go.

What was your physical experience after the session?
“I feel like I had a deep sleep for a few hours, even though it was just a short time of floating. I feel completely rested and relaxed. My muscles feel released from tension, and overall, I feel great.”
What about the spiritual experience? Did you feel something?
“Well, I felt so light, like I had no weight at all. I felt like I was simply floating around. So secure, like I was back in my mother’s womb. At some point, I felt like I was just floating through a stream with no ending. I could feel my heartbeat clearly and hear my pulse so loud. I tried to meditate as I saw myself diving deep into the past and memories.”
