Freediving & Wellness Retreat Inspired by Breath, Depth, and Balance


Inspired by years of studies and hands-on experience in freediving, breathing exercises, pranayama yoga, and holistic wellness practices, Devrim, his son, and the New Heaven family decided to bring everything together into one unique retreat experience. This wellness retreat is designed for those seeking something inspiring and fun, where freediving meets conscious breathing, pranayama, and yoga, both above and below the surface. It’s an invitation to explore the underwater world while reconnecting deeply with the ocean, your breath, and yourself.



Our Freediving Program (RAID certified)


In early 2026, we refined and adjusted our Freediving program to create a more balanced and enriching experience. We continue to operate under the RAID dive agency, a globally recognized and certified organization trusted worldwide.


We now offer three distinct Freediving programs, each designed to support different goals and levels of connection:

  • Freediving Course 

  • Freediving Experience Program 

  • Freediving Retreat 


Freediving Course

Our RAID Freediving courses are designed for both beginners and certified freedivers looking to deepen their skills in a safe and supportive environment.


• Freedive Level 1 introduces the foundations of freediving, including breath control, safety, and essential techniques for confident open-water dives.


 • Advanced Freediver Level 2 focuses on refining technique, improving performance, and progressing to deeper dives, with training in static and dynamic apnea, rescue skills, free-fall techniques, and extended bottom time.


Freedive Experience Program (3 days)

The Freediving Experience Programs blend freediving with yoga, breathing exercises, and pranayama, creating a deeper mind–body connection. These programs combine freedive training with specialized yoga sessions designed to improve flexibility, relaxation, and breath awareness. Practices include advanced breathing ratios, SOMA, Peak Performance Practice (PPP), Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, and spinal breathing, supporting both physical performance and mental clarity. This experience goes beyond technique, offering a balanced foundation for personal growth, awareness, and progression in the water.


Freediving Retreat Programs (3 Days)

Our Freediving Retreats are immersive wellness retreat experiences that unite freediving, yoga, breathing practices, and holistic recovery at Baan Talay. Alongside freedive sessions, guests may experience Animal Flow, sauna detox, Yoga Nidra, float therapy, ice baths, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, and morning yoga, creating space to reconnect deeply with the ocean, the body, and the self.



Where Do Our Freediving & Wellness Programs Take Place?


Our freediving sessions take place between New Heaven Dive School at Chalok Bay and Baan Talay Resort’s sea access, chosen carefully depending on seasonal winds and ocean conditions. Each location offers its own rhythm, guided always by safety and harmony with the sea. All yoga, breathing exercises, pranayama, and wellness activities are held at Baan Talay, where the space is designed for stillness, recovery, and deeper connection. This is where the wellness retreat experience truly unfolds, above the water, between the breaths.


Who Can Join Our Freedive & Wellness Retreats?


To join our freedive programs, a basic level of swimming skill is required. We invite you to check availability and the current wellness schedule with us in advance, allowing each session to flow smoothly, calmly, and in natural balance.
